1 & 2 bedroom units with lock-up garage, or carport and beautiful tropical gardens. These units are Resident (Equity) Funded and are available by way of a Loan and License agreement.
1 bedroom units are available for rental to financially disadvantaged persons (a Means Test is required). Fees for Rental Units are available on request.
