Operated by RSL Care, Farnorha Retirement Community provides residential care facility with 20 high care, 40 low care and 10 special care places, as well as providing HomeCare and respite services.
The high care cottage is available for residents requiring a higher level of care. Care staff are on duty 24 hours per day.

Our team of community nurses, trained carers and volunteers work with clients and their families to design and deliver tailored assistance packages that meet each client's health and lifestyle needs.
From personal care, domestic assistance and meal preparation, to community nursing, home based respite and transportation, the flexibility of HomeCare assistance means that as needs change so too can the type of assistance provided.
Available to all members of the community our services include:
To receive RSL HomeCare through referral by a medical practitioner or self referral. Costs vary depending on each individual's eligibility for government funded programs. These services usually require a minimal copayment, however if clients are financially disadvantaged, copayments may be reduced or waived. Those who don't meet the eligibility criteria are still able to obtain HomeCare services on a fee-for-service basis.
