The transition from home to residential care can be difficult. That's why we offer a support service to make the step a little less stressful.
We recognise that carers of people with special healthcare needs require support and assistance. That's why our home-based respite service is so valuable. Available for a few hours or a few days, our trained carers can do the caring so you can relax, catch up with friends, go shopping or do those things you never find the time to do.
The cost of HomeCare services varies depending on each
client's eligibility for a range of government funded programs,
including Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Home and Community
Care (HACC), DVA Community Nursing and Veterans Home Care.
Most services require a minimal co-payment; however, if clients are
financially disadvantaged, co-payments may be reduced or waived.
Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria for Government-funded
programs are still able to obtain HomeCare services on a
fee-for-service basis.
