Our retirement communities are designed to boost independence and privacy without compromising security. Residents still have friends over, family gatherings, keep active with hobbies and go on holidays. They also have the peace of mind knowing that there is an emergency call system.

RSL Care has 19 retirement villages in Queensland and Northern New South Wales and because of community demand; we are building a number of exciting new developments. Most of our communities offer a swimming pool complex with heated spa, barbecue area, auditorium, billiards room and a library. Our residents regularly comment that there is a genuine sense of community.

Residents can also enjoy more leisure time because RSL Care maintains the outside of all villas as well as the village infrastructure and gardens.

RSL Care retirement units are purchased under loan and licence agreements and any financial risks are reduced with our special buy-back arrangement. RSL Care guarantees to buy back your villa for the price you paid (less deferred fees), if it hasn't sold within six months of being put on the market. If your villa sells within six months, RSL Care will return to you a half share of the capital gain (less deferred fees).
