Talbarra Retirement Community is a multi staged development located in the semi-rural suburb of Waterford, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Talbarra caters for the changing needs of seniors by providing quality aged care accommodation, architecturally designed villas and the support of RSL HomeCare services.

Situated 30 kilometres south of Brisbane, on the northern fringe of the Gold Coast, Talbarra is set in a tranquil area on 16 hectares of leafy grassland with beautiful established gum trees, and just 4.5 kilometres from the Logan Hyperdome and the bustling retail centre of Beenleigh.

Stage One residential care and retirement living opened in 2006 with 60 low, high and dementia care places and 41 retirement living villas.

The retirement community is master planned to include a 120 bed residential aged care facility and 211 two and three bedroom villas with resort style facilities including community club solar heated pool and spa and shaded barbeque area. 

Stage Two retirement living, which will include the community facilities, is currently in design phase.  Commencement dates for this next phase will be communicated once plans and Council Approvals have been finalised.
