This strategic plan establishes our future direction, setting out why we exist as an organisation, where we intend to go, and how (in broad terms) we intend to get there.
It is a public statement of how we will achieve our charter and how we will develop and expand our business over the coming five years. It is also designed to guide our development beyond 2013 by enhancing our organisational capacity to be able to respond to the rapidly changing needs of our stakeholders: our clients, family members, members of the ex service community, local community members, our workforce, funding bodies, suppliers and contractors.
The passion, skill and experience of our people have facilitated the growth of our organisation for the last 70 years. Continuing to harness these assets, will ensure RSL Care’s continued development.
