A traineeship is a structured training and paid employment arrangement that involves a contract between the employer and the trainee. Traineeships vary in length from 12 months to four (4) years.
RSL Care scholarships provide financial assistance to RSL Care staff for the attainment of tertiary qualifications and are a partnership between staff, their supervisors and managers.
RSL Care’s graduate program is aligned to RSL Care’s HR initiatives to contribute to the achievement of having a ‘competent, capable and committed workforce’ and are designed as an attraction mechanism to encourage new skilled staff into the organisation.
