RSL Care's Farnorha Retirement Community is located in tropical Cairns, just outside the city centre and a short walk from major shopping centres and recreational facilities. Cairns lies between two reef and rainforest World Heritage areas with a rich and diverse history.

The region is home to a vibrant culturally and linguistically diverse population, offering an exciting mix of culinary, entertainment, visual arts and shopping experiences.

The retirement community provides residential care, accomodating low, high, dementia care and Extra Service high care.  The community has also recently opend a new wing, providing an additional 60 residential care beds to the Cairns community.
