RSL Care’s Cunningham Villas Retirement Community is located in a quiet residential area of Bowen, between the town centre and Queen's Beach.

Bowen is just five minutes off the Bruce highway, half way between Mackay and Townsville, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches, boasting panoramic lookouts over the ocean.

Cunningham Villas is situated close to the major shopping centre, medical services and facilities including the library, cinema, bowls club, public swimming pool and the Queen's Beach golf course.  The retirement community currently offers residential aged care services. Future development of the site is proposed however, no plans have been made at this stage.
