Inspired by the spirit of mateship from our RSL roots, RSL Care exists to support and serve the needs of older Australians through the provision of quality health, care services and accommodation options.

For over 70 years, RSL Care has been supporting our ageing population including ex-service men and women and their families. Today our geographic reach extends from Cairns, in far North Queensland, to Lake Macquarie on the NSW Central Coast, with aged care services and retirement living in 28 communities.

Our mobile care service, HomeCare, reaches more people than ever before with in-home care and social services being provided to over 22,000 people.

We are a not-for-profit provider whose core focus is on continuing to expand services to meet the growing health care and living needs of an ageing population, through innovation and excellence.  

Our range of integrated services supports our “ageing in place” approach, so that older people can remain within the same community as their day to day living requirements change.
